ريفي: ملف الإسلاميين يُنجز نهاية تموز

41 inmates charged over Roumieh Prison mutiny

Military Prosecutor Saqr Saqr Monday charged 41 inmates with mutiny following last month’s riot at the notorious Roumieh Prison that badly wounded 19 guards. A judicial source told The Daily Star that all 41 were charged with rioting, sabotage, setting mattresses ablaze, kidnapping and assault. Three of them were also charged with instigating the mutiny, the source added. He said Saqr referred them to Investigative Judge Riad Abu Ghayda. Charges against 41 detainees in Roumieh prison

Government Commissioner to the military court, Judge Sakr Sakr pressed charges against 41 detainees in Roumieh prison, among them three who incited to riot inside the prison building.  The 41 detainees were referred to the first military judge Riad Abou Ghaida.  On a different note, Judge Sakr was handed the dossier of arrestee Sheikh Khaled Hoblos and six others and referred them to the concerned judicial authorities, pursuant to the arrest warrants issued against them.  Source & Link: NNA

"أبو تراب" مستجوَباً في قضية مقتل سجين: ضربت سجناء عقاباً لهم بعلم الأمنيّين

من يسمع بلقب "ابو تراب"، الذي اتهمه الشيخ عمر بكري فستق بانه كان مع "ابو الوليد" وراء ما حصل في المبنى "د" في سجن رومية اخيرا، يخيل اليه ان صاحب اللقب رجل مفتول العضلات قوي البنية طويل القامة. ولا يتصور ان حامل هذا اللقب انسان لا يلفت في بنيته القصيرة المائلة الى النحول. The ICRC has delivered vital aid to Beirut's Roumieh Central Prison, after recent riots caused severe damage to Block D of the facility and left hundreds of detainees without clothing, bedding and drinking water. Police launch fresh sweep of Roumieh Prison

Police launched a “wide-scale search operation” early Monday in Lebanon’s notorious Roumieh Prison following a weekend riot by Islamist inmates during which they briefly held 20 guards hostage. هدوء في المبنى «د» بعد انتهاء التمرّد سجناء رومية يطالبون بنقلهم إلى المبنى «ب»

استعاد سجن رومية هدوءه وانحسرت حالة التمرّد التي شهدها المبنى «د» عصر الجمعة، بعدما سلّم سجناء المبنى «د» مطالبهم الى الامن، وابرزها نقلهم الى المبنى «ب»، فأفرجوا عند الواحدة والنصف من فجر السبت الفائت، عن 14 عسكريا هم 12 عسكريا وطبيبان ضابطان، وعادت الاوضاع تدريجيا إلى طبيعتها داخل السجن. وعملت القوى الامنية على اصلاح ما كان قد تكسّر وأُحرِق نتيجة تمرّد السجناء الذي استدعى تدخل القوّة الضاربة في شعبة المعلومات. وسلم المفرج عنهم الى ضابط موفد من قبل وزير الداخلية والبلديات نهاد المشنوق مع لائحة مطالب وصفها السجناء بالبسيطة تشمل حقوقهم بالاستحمام والخروج ومشاهدة التلفاز. وأكدت معلومات أن انتهاء العملية…
